Lake Carolina Haven

This lake-front Modern Craftsman home exudes curb appeal from the James Hardie siding and shakes, to the half circle gable window, to the charming green board and batten shutters, and the gas chandelier on the front porch. Multiple gables add to the whimsy. And the window frame detailing and transom window over the front entryway complete the design. But the focal point on the front exterior of this home is the welcoming front porch.

The stacked stone facing below the porch, the natural slate stone tiles, and the Craftsman-style columns with stacked stone veneer pillars and crisp white columns creates a nostalgic atmosphere of “home.”
