The Golf Life in Lexington

This 3,315 square foot home was built in 2022 and has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths and a half bath. It is a customized version of our Brennan Plan. The exterior is Hardie board siding and Hardie board shingle siding accent on the front gable.

Copper flower boxes and a copper porch lantern sparkle like jewelry against the white siding and dark gray closeable shutters. And a wood front porch and steps add a nice earthy, organic texture and color.

From this angle from the driveway, there’s a great view of the two-car garage in the front of the home and a single-car garage along the side. The single garage is perfect for a motorcycle, lawn mower, small boat, and other fun toys you may like to keep protected.

Beyond the tree line, you can catch a glimpse of the fairway of the golf course behind this home. Landscaping all the way around adds a nice final touch to this luxurious new construction home.

A large screened-in back porch graces the rear exterior of this home. And there is no shortage of windows in the back ready to take advantage of the scenery behind this lot.

A back porch with wood decking is complemented well by a painted beadboard ceiling and an outdoor ceiling fan. And the round wicker chairs and rug match perfectly with the wood and white railings to create a laidback, Southern vibe that invites relaxation.
