This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with 3319 square feet located on a golf course in Lexington, SC built in 2022. Two bedrooms are on the main level and two are on the second. One could be used for an in-law suite, nursery, or office.

The architectural details add a lot of luxury to this Modern Craftsman style home, including three gables in the front, a roof overhang with copper metal roofing, and a wood front porch with charming railing, sconce light, and transom window over the front door.
